 A classic Norwegian favorite, the kringla is a very soft, melt-in-   your-mouth confection with a mild vanilla/butter flavor.  Eat it   alone or with butter / spread of your choice!

​ Potato Cakes
  Another Scandinavian favorite, potato cakes are made from mashed potatoes.  Rolled      thin, cut into a 6" circle and baked on a griddle, these are best eaten with some butter    and sugar!  And a cup of coffee...

 ​Lefse
 We make two (2) kinds of lefse... Potato Lefse and Hardanger (Hard Lefse).  Potato Lefse is made with potatoes, while Hard Lefse is made with flour.  Potato lefse is ready to prepare.  Hard Lefse will need to be soaked with damp towels for about an hour before you prepare it.

 Krumkake are a lightly crisp, lightly sweet confection that resembles a waffle cone in   shape.  Pairs well with ice cream. Krumkake are also delicious when filled with sweet cream!

PictureThe kransekake (literally wreath cake) is a traditional Danish (kransekage) and Norwegian (kransekake) confection, usually eaten on special occasions such as 17th of May (Norwegian national day), New Years Eve, Weddings, and other special occasions.

Kransekake
This unique Scandinavian confection consists of rings (cookie wreaths), which are similar to an almond cookie, stacked and iced.  They can be decorated for any occasion.  Made with Almond Flour.  Beautiful for weddings and other special occasions!
