Lefse We make two (2) kinds of lefse... Potato Lefse and Hardanger (Hard Lefse). Potato Lefse is made with potatoes, while Hard Lefse is made with flour. Potato lefse is ready to prepare. Hard Lefse will need to be soaked with damp towels for about an hour before you prepare it. Lefse $35/dozen
